We're seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer to join our team and help us continue that success. This key position in our Web Design Department will be the technical expert for front and back end web design; seeking out new design trends, tools, and products. This position will create a set of best practices in the design process and teach it to designers to maximize efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other complimentary products.

What Your Job Would Be:
Work within the Web Design team to produce informational and e-commerce websites for our small – medium business clients. This includes:

• Seek out new web design trends and products
• Establish "best practices" for the design team
• Keep our product line fresh by creating 4 new wire-frames per month
• Learn the most effective and efficient ways to design, slice, and code within Adobe Creative Suites
• Help us achieve operational success by holding training sessions with designers
• Team with Production Supervisor to create comprehensive plans to improve efficiencies for design team

• 3-5 years of full-time professional experience Web Design
• Adobe Creative Suites Certifications
• BA in Graphic/Web Design or related field
• Required coursework in color and usability theory
• Experience with mentoring and creating training programs
• Ability to effectively communicate web design elements
• Be a highly motivated team player with an exceptional attitude
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
