Support Technician 1

UROHOSTING is seeking top candidates in their technical support department to assist clients on the front line. Our Tier 1 Support Technicians are the first point of contact to address client issues. Technicians must ensure that each client is provided a "WOW" experience and that they are satisfied with their service.
What Will We Do?
- Assist clients over the phone, email or chat
- Walk clients through set up of products
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Gain in depth technical knowledge to assist clients
- Meet quality and performance standards
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Experience with Linux
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Web hosting knowledge or have your own website
- Experience with HTML, PHP, MySQL
- Experience setting up FTP and Email clients
- Attention to detail
