Sales Manager

Due to tremendous growth we are searching for a top notch Sales Manager. We are looking for someone that is willing to roll up their sleeves and take a direct approach in the short term and still has the knowledge and experience to take our team to the next level in the long term.

You will be leading all sales efforts for our entire team of inbound and outbound representatives; previous success in these environments is required. You will report directly to the EVP. You will be challenged to achieve all corporate sales goals & objectives as they relate to our Web Hosting and Web Site Design Sales team. You will have the opportunity to cultivate, manage and modify current practices. Strong leadership and a proven track record are a must. Your direct impact to our sales team is critical to our 2010 and beyond growth expectations.

As the leader of the commission based Hosting and Web Design Sales Teams, you will be responsible for team development; sales and technical skills, sales goal achievement and establishment of procedures and initiatives that assure company sales metrics are met. The Hosting Team is responsible for aligning clients with the proper hosting service and the Web Design Team sells custom website design and management services to small and medium businesses. This is NOT a cold call environment. Successful team members are expected to convert leads to sales in a timely and efficient manner. Qualified applicants must have proven experience and success in a sales management role.

What Will I Do?

  • 3-4 years of Sales Management experience
  • Experience in commission environments
  • Industry Experience
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Strong analytical and execution skills to assure goal achievement
  • Ability to understand a client's needs and present viable options
  • Hand on leadership experience in sales team development and growth
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and new duties
  • dentification and implementation of processes/incentives to assure metrics are met

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities and/or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound call center sales environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Technical sales experience
  • Industry experience
  • Knowledge of web design and current SEO best practices (ability to tell an effective website from an ineffective website)
  • Knowledge of web hosting (domains, email, ftp, etc)
  • Experience in an hosting environment is a plus!
